Refund Policy for Vacation Tours N Travels


At Vacation Tours N Travels, we strive to provide high-quality coding education and resources to our students. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to seek a refund. Please review our refund policy below to understand the terms and conditions associated with refund requests.


1. Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refund requests will only be considered within 5 days of the date of purchase or enrolment.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a valid reason for your request, such as dissatisfaction with the course content or technical issues preventing access.

2. How to Request a Refund:

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [refund@vacationtoursntravels.in].
  • In your email, please include your full name, contact information, the course title, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.

3. Evaluation and Processing:

  • Refund requests will be carefully reviewed by our team within 10 business days of receiving the request.
  • If your request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain items are non-refundable, including downloadable software, course completion certificates, and any other digital products that have been accessed or downloaded.

5. Cancellations and Modifications:

  • Vacation Tours N Travels reserves the right to cancel or modify courses, events, or programs. In such cases, participants will be notified, and refunds or credits will be issued accordingly.

Refund TATs

Refunds initiated by the merchant reflect into the customer’s account based on the original mode of payment. Please refer below to find out when the amount is credited to the customer and through which channel:

Original Mode of Payment Refunded to Timeline
Credit Card Source (the same card from which original transaction was done) 9-12 working days from the date when refund was processed by the merchant. The average is 4 days.
Credit Card + Wallet i) The Credit Card amount is refunded back to source (the same card from which original transaction was done)
ii) The Wallet amount is refunded to Wallet.
i) Credit Card is refunded in 9-12 working days from the date when refund was processed by the merchant. The average is 3 days.
ii) Wallet refund is immediate.
Debit Card Source (the same card from which original transaction was done) 7-9 working days from the date when refund was processed by the merchant. The average is 2 days.
Debit Card + Wallet i) The Debit Card amount is refunded back to source (the same card from which original transaction was done)
ii) The Wallet amount is refunded to Wallet.
i) Debit Card is refunded in 9-12 working days from the date when refund was processed by the merchant. The average is 6-8 days.
ii)The refund to wallet is immediate
UPI The refund is credited to the UPI linked account using IMPS. Refund is credited back on the same or the next day.
UPI + Wallet i)The wallet amount is refunded back to the user’s wallet.
ii)UPI amount is refunded back to the user’s account using IMPS.
i)Refund to wallet is immediate.
ii)For IMPS, the refund is credited back on the same or the next day.
Wallet The amount is refunded back to the user’s wallet. Refund to wallet is immediate.


For payments made through other UPI compliant apps(external VPA), the refund is credited to the customer’s account in 5 days.
